Hi!  Wow, this was a toughie but I've finally made my choice.  It was only once I'd saved them together that I realised 2011 must have been a pink year!!!

Favourite 5 Christmas

Hi! As it's my birthday today I'll not have time for crafting as Mr C and I are going out with friends.  I've had lots of lovely cards and pressies which I'll show you in a later post.  I know I'm a wee bit late doing my Christmas Fav 5 but there was so much going on over Christmas that blogging took a back seat.  Those of you who follow me regularly know I'm not an over-the-top fussy card maker so I hope you like my choice.  Hugs x

Sparkly Fairy

Hi!  I managed to grab a few hours to myself today so I've been crafting and started watching Series 1 of Downton Abbey on DVD.  I hope you all had a lovely Christmas.  Mr C and I spent it with our daughter and her family and we had a great time.  Santa was so good to all of us, we're very lucky.  Although it's not New Year yet I've made a resolution ... I'm doing the inside of my cards as I go along so this one is the first!

Calendar

I really am sorry that I've not been around but I've so many other 'projects' on the go - ironing, cleaning, cooking ...

I visited my aunt yesterday and one of her friends sent her a handmade calendar with her Christmas card so I though I'd make one for my friend.  I'm going to meet her tomorrow for coffee and exchange pressies.  I hope she likes it!

Sneak Peek

I've been a very, very bad blogger ... again!  Time is not on my side these days but I've snatched a few hours in the craft room today to make samples for the showcasing of Ooh La La Creations new disc - Shoes in Bloom 2 - which is out on Create and Craft on 23 December.  I don't know the time at the moment but will let you know very soon.  I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do, the colours are so vibrant and there's everything you could possibly need on one disc.

It's exceptionally cold here today and the pavements, and even some of the roads, are just like a skating rink.  Thank goodness Mr C is at home today and I don't have to take our 4-legged friend out for a walk.

Morning one and all!  Well that's us nearly half way through December already and moving quickly towards the shortest day.  This year has gone way too fast.  

This is my VERY, VERY last Christmas post for this year and it's also the last Ooh La La Challenge for 2011.  The DT are having a wee break over the festive period but we'll be back again on 9 January.

My post is a bit late today as I've been busy.  I got all the inserts done for my Christmas cards, got them all written and ready for posting.  I have some letters still to write to pop in with a few but apart from that, they're all done and dusted.  Having said that it's taken me nearly all day, phew!

Morning peeps, can't believe it's December 1st.  I think this could well be one of the last Christmas cards for this year - thank goodness!  By now I'm fed up looking at them but I know the feeling will only last until after New Year and I'll be raring to go again.
