Suzy Bee's DT - Anything Goes

Hi everyone

Firstly, a very big thank you to all my blogging friends and commenters, you make crafting worthwhile and I don't say often enough how much I appreciate your visits.  

On now to this week's challenge at Suzy Bee's.  It's any Anything Goes so please join in!

Today is going to be a catch-up day ... more ironing, washing, housework and hopefully I'll manage to squeeze in some baking.  It's been all play this week and today's the day it's caught up with me!  Not to worry, I've got tomorrow to look forward to, an afternoon with Mr C and our son and DIL.  It might be an afternoon of work mind you as they had trees cut down last night and they've all to be chopped up and stored, ready for using next winter ... or the one after that!  Mr C has to take bags with him and we're getting a load of wood to bring home for our store.  I know there'll be a delicious meal at the end of it too!

Hope you are all well and enjoying your day.  Nothing much happening in our household today.  Mr C is working until midnight and my granddaughter is staying over as her Mum is doing a nightshift so I suppose I'd better go and rustle something up for tea!

Hi one and all!

I forgot to schedule this last night as I was out with family and our granddaughter's friends for a meal as it was her 16th birthday.  Where have these years gone?  Anyway, we all had a lovely time and she was throughly spoilt as always.  I'm actually sitting here with a cuppa by my side along with a piece of birthday cake (no calories in it, ha ha).

It's time for another Suzy Bee challenge so here is my offering.  Off now to have a play.  Mr C is away to work, it's hissing down outside and all the housework is done so I think I deserve it.

Hello!

Another two weeks has sped by and it's time once again for Suzy Bee's challenge.  I hope you will find time to join in with us.

My Aunt and I ended up in Stirling yesterday as it was blowing a hoolie and rather wet so that was the best place to go as the car park and shops are all under cover ... result!  My shopping consisted of hair spray and hand wash, wow, last of the big spenders!  I did some window shopping in Debenhams though in readiness for their next 20% off weekend.  I really really object to paying full price for things nowadays as lots of shops have 20% events.  I only pay full price if it's something I need there and then.

Well it's housework morning and craft room afternoon. Mr C comes in from work at midday so I'll try to be quiet while he's asleep.  Best get a wriggle on so that all the noisy stuff is done before he comes home.

Morning everyone!

Monday again, where does the weekend go?  Yesterday didn't turn out a lazy day after all.  My daughter and granddaughter wondered if I wanted to meet them in town so that was the afternoon gone in a flash.  Daughter is getting on OK with her splint although her hand is very sore and still quite swollen.  Thankfully she's still able to go to work as she'd be driven round the bend if she was at home all day!

I've scheduled this as my friend and I are off to Edinburgh for our trip to the Royal Yacht Britannia that was postponed last week because of the snow.  It's today or no day as my friend is on babysitting duties for the rest of the week and is off down south next week to visit her sister and by the time she returns our Tesco vouchers will have run out .... I mean, we've only had them for 6 months!!!
