Off Centre

After I had posted this card I looked at it and thought it was a bit bare so, back to the desk, I made another one, this time adding some flourishes.  I think it looks better now!  It's my DIL's birthday tomorrow, and as I haven't yet made a card for her, I'm going to use this one as she's a very minimalist person so I hope she likes it.

I prefer the one with the flourish too as without any texture the first one looks a trifle flat.
Having said that I think that the second one would be fine without the corner flourish, although it looks fab as it is! I'm sure your DIL will be thrilled with it.
Thanks for joining us and have a great weekend.

I love the one with the flourish beneath the embellishment. It's really lovely, but I think it would be a perfect fit for the "off centre" theme without the corner embellishment! What do you think?
