catch up

Hi peeps!  Last week was totally manic, I was doing something every day and didn't have time for crafting, blogging or commenting so a big sorry to all.  Hopefully this week will be quieter although, somehow, I doubt it!

I visited my aunt on Monday, Wednesday and Friday as my cousin was away on holiday.  It's never a chore to visit her as she's full of beans and always ready to go out in the car with lunch or a cuppa somewhere along the line!  At 83 she's marvellous as she's always in pain and seems to have every illness under the sun.  Tuesday I met a friend from Spain, Thursday was class then lunch with a friend, Saturday my friend and I went to Edinburgh to the Sincerely-Yours craft fair and finally on Sunday I caught up with Mr C and we went shopping for tiles and flooring ... woopee I hear you say!  We are having a new kitchen installed next month and we needed to get wood for the floor and find tiles we both liked as we're having the whole kitchen tiled this time so there'll be no more faffing about with wallpaper.

I HAVE to get working today as I'm ashamed of the house.  I still haven't tackled the ironing mountain so some of that's on the agenda today as well.

Lastly I've a couple of Christmas challenges to share with you.  They were actually due yesterday but, well you know why I'm late.  I did contemplate not bothering with them this week but that's the slippery slope and I promised myself I'd have a box of Christmas cards ready and waiting for the big day.

Have a good day whatever you're doing and I will catch up with you all again soon.
Hugs
Anne x

You have had a busy week. Mine was hectic as well with two lots of visitors - Tony's Birthday and our Wedding Anniversary and a theatre trip. It hasn't stopped you producing fabulous cards though.
