Normality Resumed

Hi folks

I'm home from my wee house sitting stint and things are back to normal again in our household.  I've been parcelling up the last of my craft stuff that I've sold on ebay, phew, it was quite a marathon!

Last week I spent a few days at my son & DILs as they were on holiday and my DIL's Mum doesn't like being there alone.  The weather was lovely, in patches, and I took some piccies from their sitting room window.  The autumn colours are just stunning.

If you look closely at the last picture you will see a little white bridge.  You've to come over it to get up the drive and there's a lovely little stream under it.  When I was there last week it was more like a raging torrent after the rain we had before I arrived.  Isn't nature wonderful.  Quite often they get a family of deer come into their garden but unfortunately I just saw baby and by the time I found my phone to take a picture, he'd disappeared!

The youngsters came back from holiday on Tuesday - here's a before and after!!!

Monday - beach at Grand Moon Palace Resort, Cancun

Wednesday - home - just look at the mist!

Oh well, that's all for today.  I'm off now to have some lunch then catch up with last week's episode of Homefront before tonight.

Take care!
Hugs

Wouldn't mind a bit of house sitting there Anne, it looks gorgeous. Love the photos. The weather over here is wet and miserable. I am heading out with a few girlfriends for a meal later, umbrellas to the rescue lol.
