Update, Ebay & Candy

Hi everyone!

I was going to write this update last night but there was a rather large black beastie with eight legs skittering about the floor and as my knight in shining armour was at work I decided to shut down the computer and go back downstairs!  It's nowhere to be seen this morning so I'm being brave ....

Just to let anyone who's interest know, there is more stash on ebay.  I was extremely lucky last time as I managed to sell all my items which gave me lots of money for the bedroom makeover.  What do you think of it?  I have to admit I love it and as this bedroom has two windows it's lovely a bright.

I am off to my son and DIL's today until Saturday.  They are away on holiday and my DIL's mother doesn't like being on her own all the time in their big house.  I was there for 3 days last week too.  They are back on Tuesday so not long for her to go now.  The pair of them are in Mexico and thoroughly enjoying it.  Thankfully there's not been a hurricane while they've been there this time.  We were all caught up in Dean when we were there last time for our DD wedding.  Never a dull moment in our lives!

Just in case you are all thinking I'm languishing on the settee watching TV instead of crafting, I have to tell you that I'm busy knitting.  There are a few babies due again and also Christmas is just around the corner.  I have cardis to knit for my Spanish charity too.  A friend is coming over from Spain to stay with us for a week and I'll give her some to take back with her.  I've also got another project in mind and I'll post about it once it's finished.

Last but by no means least, I have a few parcels to give away to some lucky people who were kind enough to follow my blog when I was crafting.  To be in with a chance please leave me a comment and I'll draw the winners on Monday 8 October.

Hugs
Anne x

Oooh this looks lovely hun. Such lovely bright fresh colours - just what you need with Winter just around the corner. So pleased that you managed to sell all your craft stuff - I didn't win any of my bids though! :(
I wish I could find the time to finish my knitting too - I definitely need those six numbers to come up soon!!! LOL
