This is my second card for today.  I spent yesterday evening in the craft room and made a few cards for upcoming challenges.  Only 4 sleeps till the hols now, perhaps it's time  I got the case out!

Brrr, it's a cold world this morning but thankfully we've no snow.  It's a snuggle up by the fire day so that's just what I'm going to do as Mr C is working till 5 o'clock (funny shifts on a Sunday!)

My card today is for Sunday with Santa on FB and the theme this week is Birds.  I've used vellum on this card and at long last I've found a glue I can used all over the vellum without it showing through or warping.  I'm probably the last in the craft world to find this out but just in case you don't know it's All Purpose Glue by Collall, brilliant!  I'm still keeping my Christmas cards simple so that Mr Post Office can't charge me a fortune when the big day comes.

Be Mine

Hi, early on the go this morning as I'm off out for lunch with my friend then I've to take my granddaughter to the dentist for her second lot of extractions.  Thankfully once she's done today that's her finished for a wee while as the dentist is going to have to wait to see if her adult teeth fall into the spaces or if she's going to need railtracks.  Once finished at the dentist my granddaughter is coming home with me and staying the night.  Mr C is working till midnight so we're going to have a quiet evening to let her get over the trauma, wonder what time she'll be asleep tonight?

Apologies for the poor photo quality as outside it's grey, miserable and a wee bit sleet in the air ... deep joy ... roll on Spain!
