Morning, The new kitchen day has arrived!  I've scheduled this post as I've no idea when the electricity will be off and I won't have internet.  Please send positive vibes that they don't make too much mess ... did I tell you yesterday I HATE MESS!!!  Thankfully Mr C is working from 12 midday so he won't be trying to sleep through clattering and banging.  Our pooch went off to stay with our daughter last night as she doesn't like noise.  That's what happens when she lives with two old fogies!

Hi! Another day where it's pouring rain one minute then brilliant sunshine the next.  I wish the weather would settle down and be nice at least until October!!!

I should have been doing some housework this afternoon but I've been playing in the craft room instead however, Mr C is in the garage getting more stuff to take to the skip so I'd maybe better go and give him some encouragement :)

Aww Shucks!

Morning!  Oooh it's another lovely day although it is cold and very windy but so far we've escaped the snow again.  Fingers crossed it stays that way!

I've made this card for a friend of ours who has just got engaged.  We hope, that although it's second time around, she will be very happy with the new man in her life.

My granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed Cinderella on Ice.  The skating was magnificent and the costumes were stunning.  Wonder what it will be next year?

Brrr, it's a cold world this morning but thankfully we've no snow.  It's a snuggle up by the fire day so that's just what I'm going to do as Mr C is working till 5 o'clock (funny shifts on a Sunday!)

My card today is for Sunday with Santa on FB and the theme this week is Birds.  I've used vellum on this card and at long last I've found a glue I can used all over the vellum without it showing through or warping.  I'm probably the last in the craft world to find this out but just in case you don't know it's All Purpose Glue by Collall, brilliant!  I'm still keeping my Christmas cards simple so that Mr Post Office can't charge me a fortune when the big day comes.

Pink Teddy

Hi folks!  I had a lovely day yesterday with my friend.  We hopped on the bus to Dundee and met my friend's sister, had a look round the shops then had lunch.  It was a freezing cold wind and the as the shops were pretty rubbish we headed off to bingo to see if we could win our fortune.  We do that a couple of times a year and yesterday we won - £5 to be shared by the three of us ... WOW!
